  • Precision 20 mm Nozzle: Delivers controlled, fine‑jet or bead dispensing with minimal overspray.

  • Chemical‑Resistant Barrel: High‑density polyethylene resists Jet A, Skydrol®, oils, and most cleaning fluids.

  • Teflon‑Sealed Plunger: Ensures smooth, low‑friction operation and a tight leak‑proof seal.

  • Quick‑Detach Nozzle: Stainless‑steel tip snaps on/off for easy cleaning and interchangeability.


  • Draws and measures hydraulic fluid for contamination analysis in shop overhauls.

  • Applies a narrow bead of sealant around avionics bay door flanges during panel reinstallation.

  • Delivers controlled grease dosages into actuator linkages on landing‑gear jigs.

  • Dispenses anti‑corrosion fluid into small cavities of hinge fittings in maintenance hangars.
