About this product
The 65-90305-24AM is a factory-new, OEM filter element supplied with a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance for use on certificated aircraft. It is a direct replacement part intended to restore the designed contamination control of the host system when fitted into the OEM filter housing specified in the aircraft IPC/AMM. The filter removes particles and common contaminants from the fluid or airflow path, protects pumps, valves, and downstream components, and is supplied ready for installation with full trace paperwork.

  • Manufacturer’s CofC: Supplied with traceable CofC paperwork for inclusion in maintenance records.

  • OEM form-fit: Manufactured to the dimensions required for a drop-in replacement in the approved housing.

  • Aerospace filter media: Media selected to capture contaminants while maintaining required flow characteristics.

  • Pleated / multi-layer construction: Increases media area for consistent filtration life and lower pressure rise.


  • Acts as the certified replacement element in the OEM filter housing shown in the IPC/AMM to protect system components.

  • Removes particulate contamination from hydraulic or pneumatic supply lines when the AMM lists this part for those systems.

  • Filters cooling and ventilation air for avionics and equipment bays to keep heat-exchangers and electronics clean.

  • Protects pumps and actuators in lubrication or oil systems during bench rebuilds and in-aircraft service.


  • How do I inspect the filter on receipt?

Verify part number and CofC, check the media and sealing face for damage or contamination, and ensure end caps and frame are intact.

  • How should I store unused filters?

Keep in original packaging in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, oils and solvents to protect the media and seals until use.

  • How often should it be replaced?

Replacement intervals are set by the aircraft AMM or operator maintenance program. Perform earlier replacement if inspections show contamination or excessive pressure drop.
