The BACR15BA4AD12C is a factory-new aircraft ceiling light module supplied with a Manufacturer’s CofC for traceable installation on certificated aircraft. Designed as a direct replacement or spare for the OEM ceiling fixture it serves, the unit provides reliable cabin illumination and plugs into the aircraft’s specified wiring and mounting points. The module is designed to withstand vibration and a normal cabin environment and should be installed, operated, and tested according to the aircraft's AMM or the fixture manufacturer’s instructions.

  • What paperwork comes with the unit?

Each unit ships with a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance (CofC).

  • How should I handle and install the light?

Isolate the circuit, handle the unit by its housing, connect per the wiring diagram, secure the mounting hardware, and test per the AMM before returning to service.

  • How should I inspect it before fitting?

Verify part number and CofC, check the housing and lens for cracks, ensure connectors and seals are clean, and confirm mounting points are undamaged.
