  • Fatigue‑Resistant Mandrel: Breaks cleanly without leaving loose fragments, reducing inspection time.

  • Fastens fuselage and wing fairings where only one-sided access is possible.

  • Secures light‑gauge rack panels in enclosed avionics bays.

  • Bonds cabin sidewalls and overhead liners without backside access.

  • Attaches aileron and elevator skins to ribs in tight hinge areas.


  • What grip range does this rivet cover?

It accommodates material stacks from 2 mm to 4 mm for proper mandrel bulbing and clamp load.

  • How do I ensure a proper seal under the head?

Seat the rivet perpendicular to the surface, pull until the mandrel breaks flush, and verify the head is fully collapsed. 

  • How do I inspect a correctly set rivet?

Check that the dome head is flush with no gaps, the blind‑side bulge is uniform, and there are no cracks.
