About this product
The E0171LA1600 is a factory-new electrical contact intended for use inside mating connector inserts on aircraft wiring harnesses and equipment. Supplied with a Manufacturer’s CofC, the contact is a small, precision-formed conductive element that provides the electrical path between a wire and its mating plug or receptacle. It is manufactured to aviation workmanship standards, so it seats reliably in the connector insert, gives low contact resistance, and withstands repeated mate/unmate cycles when terminated and handled per the OEM/AMM.

  • Aerospace traceable supply: Supplied with a Manufacturer’s CofC and lot/trace data for maintenance records.

  • What tooling do I need?

Use the OEM-approved crimp tool and die set, and approved insertion/extraction tools for the connector.

  • Any special notes for fitment?

Make sure you use the correct connector insert, orientation, and insertion tool, do not over-force the contact, and verify pin-out and continuity after assembly per the AMM.
