E0261-CF24

  • Tinned-Copper Conductor:  High conductivity for efficient power or signal flow.

  • Fluoropolymer Insulation: Excellent resistance to aviation hydraulic fluids, fuels, and solvents.

  • High Voltage Rating: Tested to withstand up to 600 V DC or 300 V AC, suitable for most cockpit and cabin circuits.

  • Traceable Certification: Eligible for EASA Form 1 release to meet European airworthiness requirements


  • Carries data and power lines between flight instruments, navigation units, and display panels.

  • Powers overhead reading lamps, emergency exit signs, and seatbelt indicators.

  • Connects circuit breakers to lighting panels, communication radios, and auxiliary power units.

  • Links temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors in air-conditioning and pressurization systems.


  • Is any special connector required for this wire?

No, it terminates in standard crimp-style pins or solder lugs compatible with MIL-C-39029 or equivalent aerospace connectors.

  • How do I route this wire in tight spaces?

Its thin-wall fluoropolymer insulation makes it very flexible. Use cable ties and conductive-adhesive lacing cord to secure bundles and prevent chafing.

  • How should I inspect the wire before installation?

Check for any cuts, abrasions, or discolouration in the insulation. Verify conductor continuity with a multimeter to ensure no internal breaks.
