The E0390DD01P2B12B (“23VC”) is a factory-new aircraft electrical connector supplied with a Manufacturer’s CofC. It is a precision mating interface used to connect wiring harnesses, equipment, and LRUs so that electrical power, signals, and data pass reliably between systems. Designed for aviation use, this connector restores the correct plug/receptacle interface called out in the IPC/AMM and supports safe, repeatable installations when matched to the approved mating part and wiring schematic.

  • Factory new with CofC: Supplied with Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance and lot/trace data for maintenance records.

  • OEM form-fit: Manufactured to the dimensions and coupling style specified by the OEM for direct replacement.

  • Positive mating/keying: Features mechanical keying or an index to ensure correct orientation and prevent mis-mating.

  • High-quality contacts: Precision contact surfaces for reliable low-resistance electrical connection when properly mated.


  • Connects avionics LRUs to aircraft wiring harnesses in equipment bays for signal and power distribution.

  • Joins cockpit panel harnesses to instruments and switches to ensure correct control and indication circuits.

  • Provides the removable interface for test harnesses and bench rigs during ground functional checks and troubleshooting.

  • How should I inspect the connector before fitment?

Check the CofC and part number, inspect contact faces and pins for contamination, bent pins or corrosion, confirm keying and shell condition, and ensure seals (if present) are intact.

  • Do I need a special tool to mate or unmate it?

Most aircraft connectors use standard hand tools or extraction tools specified in the AMM.

  • How should I clean or protect the connector?

Use only the cleaning agents and preservatives approved in the AMM or manufacturer guidance; avoid solvents or lubricants not listed in the paperwork to prevent damage to contacts or seals.
