The F30T8WW is a factory-new tube-style aircraft light supplied with a Manufacturer’s CofC. It is built to the T8 tube form factor and delivers warm-white illumination suitable for cabin, service, and equipment fixtures that accept T8-style lamps. The unit is a direct replacement for approved fixtures and is intended to be installed, handled, and tested per the aircraft AMM or the fixture maker’s instructions.

F30T8WW

  • T8 form factor: Fits fixtures and holders designed for T8 tubes for straightforward replacement.

  • Do I need to change the ballast or wiring?

Only if the AMM or fixture maker specifies a different ballast or driver.

  • How should I handle and install the tube?

Isolate power, handle by the ends or housing, seat the tube securely in the holders, and follow the fixture and AMM instructions for safe installation.

  • How should I store unused tubes?

Keep in original packaging, in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and solvents to protect the tube and paperwork until use.
