The NAS1100-06-5 is an aerospace-grade machine screw supplied new with TRI-Release documentation for traceability. Manufactured to NAS/aircraft workmanship standards, it is intended as a reliable, certified fastener for use where NAS-series hardware is called out in the IPC or AMM. It ships with TRI-Release 8130 trace documentation that includes lot/trace data for maintenance records.

  • What tool do I need to install it?

Use the correct driver or wrench for the screw head and a calibrated torque wrench when the AMM specifies a torque value.

  • Can I reuse the screw after removal?

Reuse only if inspection shows no thread damage, corrosion or head distortion and the AMM permits reuse. Otherwise replace with a new certified part.
