About this product
The NAS1801-3-10 is a factory-new aerospace machine screw manufactured to NAS-series tolerances and supplied with a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance. It is a precision fastener intended to clamp parts, attach brackets, panels and fittings, and maintain correct assembly stack-up wherever the aircraft IPC/AMM or OEM drawing specifies this part number. Made and finished to aircraft workmanship standards, the screw restores designed clamp load and alignment when used with the correct washer and nut or into a threaded boss.

  • Retains mounting plates and trays for non-primary avionics and LRU installations.

Each screw ships with a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance and lot/trace information for maintenance records.

  • Can I reuse the screw after removal?

Reuse depends on condition and AMM guidance; replace if threads, head or finish show damage, or if the AMM requires new hardware after disassembly.

  • How should I inspect it before installation?

Verify part number and CofC, check threads and head for nicks or corrosion, and ensure the finish is intact and dimensions appear correct.
