The NSA5305-4C is a precision-machined flat washer made from heat-treated steel and finished with cadmium-nickel plating for excellent corrosion resistance.   • Distributes clamp load on spar-joint bolts under flight-load stresses.

  • Provides even preload on actuator and scissor-link fasteners in gear bays.

  • Ensures uniform loading of mounting-bracket bolts during engine run-ups.

  • Prevents pull-through of fasteners on thin-gauge electronics tray panels.

No, its plated surface provides low friction and prevents galling without additional lubrication.

Check for flatness, intact plating, and confirm the bore and OD dimensions with calipers if needed.
