PE20001-04

  • Serviceable coupling: Provides a removable joint for joining two lines without permanent splicing.

  • What systems can this union be used on?

It’s intended for fluid or pneumatic line connections as specified by the aircraft OEM or AMM. Confirm the part number against the system IPC/AMM for approved uses.

  • Do I need special tools to install it?

Installation typically uses standard aviation hand tools and a calibrated torque wrench where torque values apply. Follow the AMM for the correct procedure.

  • What should I do if I detect a leak in service? 

Isolate and depressurise the circuit, remove the union, inspect seals and mating faces, replace damaged parts, and reassemble following the approved installation procedure.
