The RS306-60 is a factory-new aircraft cable assembly supplied with EASA Form-1 traceability for certified maintenance work. Built to OEM wiring-harness workmanship practices, it combines aerospace-grade conductors, correct insulation, and factory terminations to restore or extend wiring runs without field splicing. The assembly is supplied ready for installation and is intended for use where a documented, inspected cable harness is required for avionics, systems, or equipment connections

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RS306-60

  • EASA Form-1 certified: Supplied with paperwork suitable for inclusion in certified maintenance records.

  • Aerospace-grade conductors: Uses conductors and insulation selected for durability and electrical reliability in aircraft service.

  • Factory-terminated ends: Fitted with connector pins, lugs, or contacts as called out by the OEM to avoid field termination errors.

  • Shielding and grounding provision: Includes braid or foil shielding where required to control EMI and preserve signal integrity.


  • Provides a pre-terminated harness between avionics modules and panel connectors in the equipment bay.

  • Delivers ready-to-fit wiring runs for cockpit displays, indicators, and control switches during refurbishments.

  • Carries sensor signals (pressure, temperature, etc.) from probes to processing units on bench or aircraft installations.

  • Connects power feeds to line-replaceable units (LRUs) such as radios, displays, and small pumps during shop replace/fit.
