  • 16‑Position Insert: Accommodates mixed signal and low‑power wiring in one compact shell.

  • Gold‑Plated Contacts: Ensures corrosion resistance and consistent electrical performance.

  • Anodised Aluminium Shell: Lightweight, mechanically rugged, and protected against corrosion.

  • Vibration‑Resistant Design: Contact inserts and shell detents prevent back‑out under shock.


  • Routes data and control signals between flight computers and sensors.

  • Links temperature and pressure sensors to FADEC and monitoring systems.

  • Carries low‑power sensor outputs for fuel‑quantity and flow meters.

  • Connects the squat switches and position sensors to warning panels.


  • How do I couple and uncouple the connector?

Align the bayonet lugs, push the shell together, and twist 1/8 turn until it locks. Reverse the twist to release.

  • What inspection checks are needed?

Periodically inspect shell threads, coupling lugs, and contacts for corrosion or damage. Clean with a non‑abrasive contact cleaner.

  • What wiring tools are recommended?

Crimp contacts with MIL‑C‑22520–compliant tools, then insert wires until they “click” into the insert.
