PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A60701-1006

  • 304 Stainless-Steel Construction: Offers high strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion protection.

  • Worm-Drive Mechanism: Enables precise torqueing using a standard screwdriver or nut-driver.

  • Uniform Clamping Force: Internal stamped serrations distribute load evenly around the hose.

  • Low-Profile Housing: Slim design minimizes envelope for tight-space installations.


  • Secures return and pressure hoses on landing-gear actuators in gear wells.

  • Provides leak-proof clamping on fuel supply hoses in wing-root plumbing.

  • Clamps flexible ducting on environmental-control bleed-air manifolds.

  • Retains small-bore tubing on flight-control valve assemblies in the avionics


    What torque value is recommended?
    Torque to 2 – 3 Nm to achieve secure clamping without damaging the hose or band.

    Can the band be reused after removal?
    Yes, inspect for deformation or corrosion. If the housing and band are intact, they can be reused.

    How do I inspect the band for serviceability?
    Check that the housing screw threads freely engage, the band isn’t cracked or stretched, and the plating is intact.
